Peacefully at his residence, on December 19, 2013, surrounded by the love of his family, at the age of 55. Loved son of Mary and the late James Kearns. Dear brother of James (Jimmy) Kearns, Wayne (Penny) Kearns, the late Vance and the late Judy. Uncle of Shannon (Chris), Melinda (Mike) and Carley (Chris) and great-uncle of Adam, Rebecca, Colin, Abby and Rebecca. Fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. Family and friends are invited to join for a service in memory of Phillip on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 5355 Belmont, Niagara Falls at 3 p.m. Interment, Capital Memorial Gardens, Ottawa in the spring.
