James, Sylvia Eleanor (Past President of Finnegan Insurance, Perth) Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, in hospital in Perth on Wednesday January 29th, 2014, Sylvia passed away at the age of 62 years. She was the cherished wife of Wayne James, dear mother of Cindy and Kathy James and grandmother of Kurtis James-Axford and Justin James. She will be sadly missed by her brothers Jim (Peg) and Warren Bell, sister-in-law Jan Bell, nieces and nephews, the James Family and many great friends. Sylvia was predeceased by her brother Frank Bell and parents Gladys and Kenneth Bell. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St.W., Perth Sunday February 2nd, 2014 from 12 Noon until 4:00 P.M. The funeral service will be held in St. Paul’s United Church, Perth Monday at 10:30 A.M. In remembrance, contributions to the Cancer Unit of the Ottawa Hospital (General Site) for brain cancer research would be appreciated.
