Mrs. Torrance was a colourful fixture of Black Lake as I was growing up and I spent many a day in your cottage as you know. She always had time for the young people. My sincere condolences. She was a lovely lady.
I had the absolute pleasure of working at Carolina Retirement as Activity Director where I met Vi. We shared many fun filled days from shopping trips, outings and social gatherings. She had an incredible zest for life and was so positive. She never missed an opportunity to do something fun with other co residents. A smile that made me appreciate the beauty of the people I work with everyday. So blessed to have known her.
