Our sincerest condolences to you all. You will miss her terribly. Jeanne was like a breath of fresh air to me when she and Louis moved onto Kilmarnock Island. In fact you all were. Your life experiences were so different and so, well, cosmopolitan. What a wonderful richness you brought to our little community. I treasure my memories of so many wonderful conversations, meals, laughs and songs that I was privileged to share with Jeanne and Louis and with all of you.

Dear Bellots, I am so sorry for your loss. It was wonderful being a neighbour of yours for the years I lived in Kilmarnock. Your mother was a wonderful woman and she will not be forgotten. She was always very kind and generous and ready to laugh. She always made us feel so welcome. I feel privileged to have known her.
