I first met your Mom through church & then we were close neighbours at Ashley Chase Apts. Many years ago your Mom went with me on a bus trip to Toronto & she took ill on that trip & upon our return home I took her to the hospital even though she said she was fine as she never wanted to inconvenienced anyone.
Your Mom was a beautiful lady inside & out & her faith in God never wavered.
My thoughts & prayers are with you her family that God may be your source of comfort.

I will always remember the day that this family moved to Perth from the farm in Navan as our cousins were no longer there to play with and our talented Aunt Gwen was not there to make doll clothes for us. Aunt Gwen had married my father's brother but she was a first cousin of my mother's and my mother's best friend. How they must have missed each other. After Aunt Gwen received my birthday card to her last May, she wrote me a letter and I have it. To me, her neice, she was a very special lady. It was a gift to have known her. I send my love to you from my home in Calgary and will miss seeing you. Hugs to all. Lyla </p>
