Frank, Elsie I. Peacefully at Broadview Nursing Centre, Smiths Falls on Sunday, June 29, 2014 Elsie (Phillips) Frank at the age of 73. Loved mother of Christopher (Susan) White, the late Michael White and Donna Marie White (Ron McLean). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Matthew, Nicholas and David. Dear sister of Don (Theresa) Phillips, Brian (Bev) Phillips and the late Roy (late Sandra) Phillips. Predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Keitha Phillips. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair and Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, on Thursday July 3, 2014 from 9:30 until service in the chapel at 11 A.M.
