I knew Ben primarily through golf but my late father, many, many years ago, entered into a business dealing with Ben. At the culmination of that relationship, my father simply said 'Ben Barbary is a good and honest man to deal with' That says it all!
Denise and I wish you peace and good memories of Ben.

Dear Jean and family,
Dale and I are very sorry to hear of Ben's passing. He was a real gentleman. He was always so helpful when I was struggling learning to play golf and gave me great tips. He was a hard worker, at the restaurant, golf store, etc. and eager to please everyone. He lived a wonderful life! May he RIP.

Jean and family. We were so sorry to hear of Ben's death. We saw one of the cards from the funeral home and the poem you chose about no time for goodbyes was very fitting.
All of you have been in our thoughts and prayers.

Jean and families:
I would like to express my deepest thoughts and concerns to all.Ben was my very first boss at the restaurant at Silver Lake and I still have not forgotten anything he taught me about the restaurant business. I truly admired him and he could not have been a more wonderful person for me to start out in life working for. He was so very caring when my Dad passed away after I left working for him and went into nursing. R.I.P. Ben you will be missed by all.
