We need not doubt where Frances's soul resides. She and her beloved husband will be rejoicing togeter.

A perpetual light for another who I had the great good fortune to know and love for many years. Frankie taught me so many good things; she lived her faith each and every day. I will miss her so much, but hope she has found her peace and her place in Heaven with God and her loved ones.
