Dave, Peter & families - Connie & I have you in our thoughts & prayers at this time.
I have many fond memories of Rosemary going back to my younger days at Dalhousie Lake. After my father died when I was ten years old, the Robertsons treated me like "one of the family" for many, many summers after. One of my fondest memories is Rosemary teaching me to swim. She also attempted to teach me (unsuccessfully) to play bridge on rainy days.
Over the years I have always had the picture in my mind of Rosemary heading down to the wharf with her fishing rod & tackle box for her evening fish.
God Bless! Don & Connie

We extend our sympathy to the Robertson extended family. We saw Rosemary in July and feel she is now happier. Life at Dalhousie beach will not be the same without her longtime presence. What a grand lady!

Dave and Peter, what can I say about you mother Rosemary. She was the life of the party at the Lanark Lodge when the music started. It was awesome to be able to provide what she enjoyed most in life which was fun and laughter. Rosemary will be missed by all who knew her at Lanark Lodge. Take Care.

I met Mrs. Robertson ("Mrs. R") when I worked as a summer student at 2 District Headquarters (Toronto Police). I worked with her for 3 or 4 summers as I went through university and then started law school. Mrs. R. was truly a lovely, loving person. She was so proud of her "boys" and spoke many times of her grandchildren, who she adored. Mrs. R. was truly a joy to be around and a role model to admire and follow. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Sincere condolences on the Passing of your dear mother, grandmother, and friend. She always impressed me as a free spirit. In my mind her dancing will be forever etched with great joy!
It was quite obvious she greatly loved her family;and that the feeling was mutal.
Rest in peace Rosemary.

I and other volunteers at Lanark Lodge received such joy from dear Rosemary. She often danced for us, and when that was no longer possible, she "danced" in her wheelchair, always with a big smile on her face. I have no doubt that she's dancing once again in Heaven.
