Straby, Marion Phyllis Retired Registered Nurse Marion Phyllis (Clegg) Straby passed away peacefully in hospital in Smiths Falls on Tuesday, February 10th, 2015. She was predeceased by her beloved husband A.E. (Bob) Straby and in infancy her son David. Phyllis was the cherished mother of Robert Straby (Heather Davies), Cheryl Straby (Bill St. John) and Dayle (Earl) VanAlstine and grandmother to Jessamyn, Robyn (Sean), William, Michelle, Elizabeth and Erica and great grandmother to Aydan, Jade, Bentley and Ryder. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., West, Perth on Friday, February 13th, 2015 from 9:30 to 11:00 A.M. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel at 11:00 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. In remembrance of Phyllis, contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or St. Paul's United Church would be appreciated.
