She was a wonderful coach and a friend to the girls. Betty was always so proud of the girls win or loss she always praised them and told them how well they did. I think her coaching helped all the girls become better curlers but most importantly to become young women that she would be proud of today Thanks Betty

I was fortunate to have Betty's Mother as my School Teacher and have kept in touch with Betty over the years.
As a family we rented Betty's cottage for a number of Summers when our children were small. She was aways able to accommodate us.

Curling Prodogy
Betty was an inspiration to the Uputh Program of the Perth Curling Club. Not only was she on the ice with the youth, but she travelled with them to ensure they were given the opportunity to compete with other clubs.
