Disley, Nora (Nee Adam) Born in Lanark on June 17th, 1918 Passed away peacefully at the Garden Terrace Nursing Home, Kanata on Wednesday, July 16th, 2008 in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Joe Disley, 1960. Survived by children Catherine (Keith) Allison and their children Andrew and Ben, all of Victoria, BC., Michael Disley (Christie Hoskins) and their daughter Isabella, all of Ottawa and Catherine (Michael) Engler and their sons Daniel and William, all of Stittsville. Nora is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends in the Ottawa Valley. Nora's family would like to extend special thanks to the nurses, PSW's and support staff on the 4th Floor of Garden Terrace, in Kanata for their exceptional support. Friends may pay their respects at Blair & Son Funeral Home 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Saturday, July 19th, 2008 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Bridget's Church, Stanleyville at one o'clock. Interment will follow at St. Bridget's Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to St. Michael's Hospital Foundation, Toronto or the Canadian Cancer Society.
