When I hear Jack's name,it brings back fond memories of the Tay basin,when he would grace the basin with the miniture ship. People were so foolish to let the likes of this leave the basin. My brother and I would spend delightful hours gazing on it.

Jack was my mentor and best friend for many years as I grew from a boy to a man. He taught me a plethora of life lessons that helped shape and guide me to a wonderful place in this world. His effective and genuine ability to share experiences included insight into human nature and the natural world. Jack taught me to recognize and interact with the beauty of the natural world. For this, I am forever grateful. RIP my great friend. I will honor and celebrate your spirit every time I catch a fish.
