McIntyre, Tena C. Peacefully, entered into rest at Lanark Lodge on Wednesday, August 6th, 2008 in her 95th year. Beloved wife for 67 years of Jim McIntyre; loving mother of Sandra, Blake (Angie) and Brenda. Cherished grandmother of Rick Cyr (Debra), Jim McIntyre (Sue), Tracy Middleton (Ted) and Robert McIntyre (Elizabeth) and proud great grandmother of Brett and Erin Cyr, Erin and Douglas McIntyre and Jack and Max Middleton. Tena was the youngest of her 5 siblings and the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Kilby) Blake. She will be fondly remembered by the many students she taught over the years. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Saturday, August 9th, 2008 from 1 to 2:45 P.M. Funeral service in the Chapel at 3:00 P.M. immediately followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. Interment will be held in Crawford Cemetery, McDonald's Corners at a later date. In remembrance, contributions to Elphin Presbyterian Church or memorial fund of choice would be appreciated.
