Wayne and family,
My sincere condolences to you. As a classmate of Diane's I have such great memories of our years in training and getting together at our reunions. We all enjoyed Diane entertaining us with her songs and music. Her beautiful smile and easy laughter will be missed by all of us.

Diane was indeed a wonderful and caring nurse. She always put the patients' needs first and made many a trip to the operating room much more pleasant with her awesome laugh. She had a wonderful singing voice and created an atmosphere of happiness and caring. I worked with her for years during some difficult transitions and she never lost her sense of optimism. My sympathies to all who knew her.

I had the privilege of knowing Diane while I worked at the PSFDH. She was a very caring, loving person and a joy to be around. She lifted everyone's spirits with her positive outlooks. I feel honoured to have been touched by Diane. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this difficult time. Please take some comfort in knowing she touched many people in a very positive way.

I first med Diane at a Mississippi Mudds' rehearsal in Carleton Place almost 9 years ago. Since then, I have been on stage with Diane numerous times and recently have had the pleasure of directing her in the Town Singers Community choir. Diane was beautiful inside and out. She never hesitated to offer a hand, share a story or just a kind word. She was exceptionally giving and talented. She loved to sing and we were blessed to have her angelic voice with us for so many performances. My heart goes out to Diane's family as they have lost a truly wonderful wife, mother, sister and friend.

I was saddened to hear of Diane's passing. I worked with Diane for many years at the Hospital and know her career was a fulfilling one in which she exemplified care, compassion and a strong skill set. She also had a great laugh that made others laugh just to hear it. I am fortunate to have known and worked with her. My sincere condolences to all her family.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of Diane. Her laughter filled a room, we always knew when she was present. I always enjoyed going to church early to hear her practice, she was a gifted person and enjoyed hearing her play either guitar or organ, and the voice of an angel. She will be missed terribly and my prayers and thought are with you all.

Diane was a huge part of my childhood growing up on Highcroft Ave. My best friend, Daphne (Buckley) and I were the pesky little sisters of the older girls, but I remember Diane never dismissed us. She would listen, give us advice and send us on our way out of their hair! Always a smile, a huge laugh and kindness. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
