Ennis, George Arthur Suddenly in hospital Perth on Friday August 29 2008, George Arthur Ennis (Owner of Ennis Electric and Ennis Maple Syrup), age 58. Beloved husband for 38 years of Karen (Stead) Ennis. Loved and respected father of Martin (Estelle) of Scarborough and Andrew (Kim) of Kanata. Most beloved and precious papa to Jessica, Aiden, and Brandon Ennis. Dear brother of Judy (Howard) Farrell, Nancy (Bill) McNicol, Gordon (Genny) and Gary (Bonnie). George was predeceased by his parents Hubert and Jean Ennis. Son in law of Kaye Stead and the late Frank Stead. Brother in law of Rodney (Sharon) Stead, Ruth (Earl) Johnson, and Kerry (Joanne) Stead. George will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and great nephews. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth on Sunday, August 31st, 2008 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Funeral service will be held in Balderson United Church on Monday at 11 a.m. In remembrance, contributions to the Balderson United Church or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A Masonic service will be held in the funeral home Sunday evening at 6:45 p.m.
