Jordan, William A. "Bill" Passed away in hospital, Perth on Wednesday, September 24th, 2008 at the age of 78. Beloved husband and best friend of Carmel (Burke) for more than 54 years. Cherished father of Philip Jordan and Susan Murphy, both of Perth. Loving father-in-law of Terry Murphy. Bill was predeceased by his three sons Doug, Dale and Gary and his parents George and Lottie (Keays). Devoted Papa of Kristi, Jason and Tessa Jordan, Adam and Alex Murphy, and Kyle Dodd. Bill will be fondly remembered by his brother Keith (Maxine) Jordan, his sisters-in-law Ella Pearse, Jean Jordan and Lillian Burke and brother-in-law Ron Irvine. Also predeceased by his brother Don and sisters Jean Bell and Ev Irvine and his brothers-in-law, Des Pearse, Bob Bell and Andrew Burke. Bill will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Friday, September 26th, 2008 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place in Calvin United Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Scotch Line Cemetery.
