Please accept my condolences. I met George at KGH a few years ago when he was volunteering. We shared memories of Perth and common acquaintances and he was so very considerate of our feelings on the imminent passing of a family member.

Madeline-it's been a long time. I remember both you and George when you lived down the street and I was just a child-well maybe older than that. I always knew the both of you as "cousins" since George senior was the youngest brother of Maude McGinnis, my grandmother, if my memory is correct.
Anyway I remember both George senior and George junior as being quiet and gentle souls.
I wish I had had some connection over the years.

Dear Family,
My condolence for your loss. I met George as my German student at the Senior Centre in Kingston. He was a good student and a great man, who kept the class light-hearted and ticking along with humour and charm. We also socialized privately. He went to Domino Theatre with my husband and I for one entire theatre season. I had pre-theatre parties where a group of us met, made a party of the evening with drinks and fine nibbles and then proceeded to the play. I was also invited to some parties at George's condo and met his neighbours and his extended families.
I will miss him in my classes and as a friend in my private life. He enriched my life.
