I had the privilege of being Fern's PSW. Fern and I had a great relationship. She had so many stories to tell on the Tuesday and Friday mornings I would see her. I was with her my whole pregnancy with my second child, she would always have lots of advice and loved making sure I was feeling ok and would send me home with baked goods (she made the best). I brought my son over to see her shortly after he was born she snuggled him and he loved her so much. She also watched my daughter play soccer across the street and left us some more baked goods :). I will never forget her and how much she loved her family (she would talk non stop about each one of you) I know how much she missed her husband so I'm happy she is now with him again. Thinking of you all.

Patricia and family. A note to say how saddened we were to hear of the passing of Aunt Fern. Aunt Fern was a very giving person and always put the needs of others first. She was a great friend to Gramma, always there for her - with visits, home baked cooked and always a smile. When my Mom Marjorie was sick, she was the first to offer what ever she could to help. My visits with Aunt Fern after Uncle Wilmer passed were always special - she loved to tell me stories, keep me update to date on the famil, always wanted an update on how Laurie and I were doing, wanted to know of my travels - always curious. Aunt Fern will be missed. My thoughts are with you Patricia, please take care and keep in touch. Christine & Laurie

Pat & family as you know I loved your mother ,as one of my best friends she taught me all the tricks of working at RRC in that you worked hard & played hard when your work was done . There is no one that she loved more than you & her grandchildren & then her great grandchildren . I remember when Ryan was born & she took vacation to babysit him ,he was her pride & joy. The last couple of times I visited with her all she talked about was her family how worried she was about Christie & her tests how hard you worked Pat looking after everyone . I know she is with Wilmer where she is happy but I will certainly miss her & her great sense of humour & of course her baking . Thinking of you in your time of loss
