I still can't believe you are gone Grandpa! You were always so active and strong, I guess I thought you would live forever. I miss you so much! I just keep trying to think about all the special times we had together and I keep those memories close. You will live forever in my heart! I know you are in a better place now and we will all be together again some day! Love you always!

Dear Deb, Dan, Colleen, Jamie and the Madigan Family,
I recall when I first met your father Deb. He was very outgoing, a man who took the time to engage the "kids". I will always remember him gently teasing us about the mouse that lived in his wooden leg.
When we journey in life we hope to have the blessings of family. Your father's journey in this life was blessed because of his caring and committed family. He was courageous throughout his illness because of your love and support. Let his memories and his spirit help you to celebrate a life lived with zest.
Please accept our sincerest sympathies.
Love always,
P

It is at times like this that you cherish the memories you have been fortunate to have made together. We have not seen your Dad much over the years but he always had a smile and a hello. He was always friendly and would made you feel welcomed. You should take comfort in knowing that he is at peace now and that he is watching over each and every one of you. Celebrate his life, as this is what he would want you to do.
Please accept our deepest sympathies.
Love always,

It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments, the smiles, and the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.
With Loving Memories

Well Dad, it has been just over a week since you left us. We miss you so much and think of you all the time. We went to church with Mom today. You would like the little church at Brooke, it is so comfortable.
We visited your grave but of course you would have been watching. It is so amazing that the grave marker just in front of your burial place reads Griffith (the name of the town close to where your grew up.
We know that your spirit is still here with us and you are still sharing our lives - we will all be together again eventually.
All our love to you always.

Dad,
It has been two weeks since you left us. I cannot believe that you are gone. I look at your picture and expect that I can go to visit you any time I would like to. I guess that you leaving us has not hit me yet. The sparkle in your eyes in your picture makes me think that you are still here with us, you appear so alive, and I guess that you are, because we will never let you go in our memory.
I love you Dad -- I miss you so much - I look forward to seeing you again some day soon.
All my love,
Debbie (& Dan)

In loving memory of Daniel who passed away one year ago
We seldom ask for miracles
But today just one would do
To have the front door open
And have you walking through
In our hearts you hold a memory
That no one else could ever fill
In life we loved you dearly
In death we love you still
Love from Georgina, Debbie, Lorraine and families

Well dear, Christmas 2009 has come and gone. It just wasn't the same without you - but then nothing will be the same again.
I wrote you a little poem.
I have many sad times when I think of you gone
And I wonder if I have the strength to keep going on
But then I pause a moment and remember when you'd say
Be happy, do not mourn for me, I'll be with you everyday.
Love forever, Georgina

Rembering you on your birthday - April 27, 2010
God saw you getting tired
When a cure was not to be
So he wrapped you in his loving arms
And said "Come home with me".
You tried so hard to stay with us
But your fight was all in vain
So God took you to his loving home
And freed you from your pain.
It left us with such heartache
Nothing can ever heal
But it left us with great memories
No one can ever steal.
Forever loved and never forgotten

There is a bridge of memory, That goes to heaven above, That keeps you very close to me, It's called the bridge of love. As time goes on without you, And the days turn into years, They hold a million memories, And a thousand silent tears. Your memory is my keepsake, From which I'll never part, God has you in his keeping, I have you in my heart. Forever Loved. Missed so much more than I could have ever have imagined. Georgina.
