Mrs. Moore and family, I am so sorry to hear of David's passing. I dealt with him for many years when I was the Deputy Division Registrar for the Town of Smiths Falls. We had so many good chats, he always had that amazing grin, a joke or two and that twinkle in his eyes. I always wondered if he was coming from just getting into trouble or was just heading to get into trouble. He was not only an gentle man but a real gentleman, they are had to find these days. Your treasured memories will certainly be a comfort at this time and the days to follow. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Lenore Willows
