Laing, Doris E. At the Perth Community Care Centre, Perth on Thursday, January 22nd, 2009 Doris E. (Moffatt) Laing (formerly of Ottawa and Paris, Ontario). Doris was predeceased by her parents Samuel and Gertrude (Jones) Moffatt and in 1987, by her beloved husband MacDonald 'Mac' Laing; she will be sadly missed by her son John of Newark, England, her sister Mildred Moffatt of Perth, sister-in-law Oris Moffatt of Smiths Falls and her nephews Jim, David and Doug Moffatt and their families. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Wednesday, January 28th, 2009 from 10 to 10:45 A.M. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel at 11:00 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair and Son Family Centre. Private interment will be held in Elmwood Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Memorial Fund of St. Paul's United Church or fund of one's choice would be appreciated.
