Berube, Aurele (Al) C.D. 1931 - 2009 25 year Veteran of Royal Canadian Navy & 11 years with Canada Post (retired) Passed away surrounded by his family in hospital in Perth on Monday, January 26th, 2009 at the age of 77 . He is survived by his wife and best friend of 55 years, Helena (Jollimore), his two sons Dale 'Curly' (Lucille LaFrance) and Daniel and his grandchildren Heather and Peter. He is also survived by his sisters Thérèse (Fernand Bourbonnais), Georgiana (Peter Gilawroski), Yvonne (Biago Catalano) and his brother André (Shirley Derby). Brother-in-law of Clarence Jollimore (Lynn), Helen Toner (nee Jollimore) and Marjorie St-Jules (nee Slaunwhite). Predeceased by his parents Adrianne and Joseph Berube, sister Beatrice, father and mother-in-law, Thomas and Emma (Slaunwhite) Jollimore and brothers-in-law Gordon Toner and Roy St-Jules. He will be fondly remembered by his best friends Bud and Pearl Flanagan, many cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Thursday, January 29th, 2009 from 6 to 9 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 1 P.M. Branch #244 Royal Canadian Legion, Perth will hold a Veteran's Service of Remembrance Thursday at 5:45 P.M.
