Close, Carol Ann Carol passed away, with her family by her side, in hospital in Kingston on Tuesday August 23rd, 2016, at the age of 68 years. She was predeceased by her parents Clarence and Lilian (Richardson) Stanzel and her husband Dennis J. Close. She will be sadly missed by sons Steven and Jeffrey (Judy), grandchildren Dylana, Auston and Lily, sisters Joyce Noonan and Paulie Murphy, all her family and friends. Family and friends will join together for a funeral service to honour her life on Saturday September 10th, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore Street West, Perth. A reception will follow in the Blair & Son Family Centre. In memory of Carol, memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association will be appreciated .
