I have so many memories to fill this tiny space dating back to when we were babies and you were the favourite of Grandpa Purcell and I was the nasty granddaughter who scratched you when we were put together in the same playpen; to later years reconnecting with our spouses and friends sharing great food, fine wine and laughter till are eyes everflowed ( usually as a result of Sherry's never emptying bottle of wine or Bob's silly antics at keeping us entertained). Your wonderful children, Rob and Kendra are a true testament to your character - beautiful, hardworking, compassionate and so very caring. Your spirit will live on in both of them.</p>

Rest in peace Douglas and enjoy meeting up with all our loved ones in Heaven; your beautiful Mom, my Dad, Lynsey.............. and so many more.</p>
