I was shocked and saddened to learn of Gail's passing. Gail trained my granddaughter, Mackenzie, at Shopper's, last summer.She spoke so nicely of her and remarked about all the patience she had training all the new staff. She was a beautiful person, Frank, may she R.I.P. and go on pain free.

She used to laugh and call me the Christmas girl, because as soon as Hallowe'en was over, I would bug her to get a tree (it had to be real).
