What a wonderful childhood we all had on the sreet. I remember playing Cowboys & Indians at the Greer's. After I grew up I was never able to call her anything but "Mrs. Greer." It just seemed to fit. When she was an elder she came to visit Father and I am pretty sure they talked about the way things use to be.
Thank-you, Mrs. Greer, for being a part of my growing-up years.

Sending our sincere condolences to all of Alice's family. Alice was a wonderful lady and a true community leader. We met Alice 21 years ago when we were hosting our wedding reception and dinner at the Perth Legion. Alice made everything go as planned. Alice will be missed by all that knew her. Take care of each other at this difficult time.

Bryan and Greer family,Our sincere condolences on Alice's passing. She was a gentle, hard working lady whom I had the pleasure to work with as part of the Ladies Auxiliary Br 244. She always had time to chat and was the first to volunteer for various jobs. Alice was proud to be part of the Ladies Auxiliary. I can still see her carrying a flag as part of the colour guard. A good lady. God bless.

Our dear Alice has finally left us but we, at St. Paul's United Church, are richer for being part of Alice's like. When I first knew Alice she ran the kitchens at the Legion and was Social Conv for the UCW at St. Paul's United Church. Alice was involved with many committees at St. Paul's. Until the past year she was always willing to be a Mystery Friend and volunteered to make a loaf of minced ham sandwiches for the MF party. Alice seldom missed a UCW or Cong Life meeting. She participated in our UCW skit at the fall Rally in 2015.Alice was always the first member of the congregation to arrive at church sitting in the back row on the isle. Alice will be missed. Sincere sympathy to her family.

So sad to hear of Alices passing. She was such a lovely person. I always enjoyed seeing her and having a little chat. I had the pleasure of meeting Alice many years ago. Most recently she was in the same retirement home as my parents. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. Sad to think there will be no more little chats.

My condolences to Alices's family. I grew up down the street from the Greers' and her son Brian and my brother Robert were great pals. We were so fortunate to grow up in a small town that took care of us. Lots of good mothers on that street...and we have much to be grateful for.

Dear Bev, Jack and Family. I just read of your Mom's passing. I can hardly believe it. She was like the Energizer Bunny never thought her batteries would ever ware out. I don't think I ever saw her in a bad mood. Alice served at Gerry and my Wedding in 1960 and was a Family friend of the Agnes and Jim Rodger group what fun they use to have together with your mom and dad were young. Heaven just became a better place when she arrived. I know you will miss her dearly but the memories she left will never go away. Blessings and Hugs. Marilyn.
