Dear Rick, You were my first VP and you set the bar. Twenty-six years later I'm still wishing to work for someone who honestly enjoys children and can balance staff camaraderie and caring discipline with leadership. You were also a friend who shared my humour. Your rendition of "Barnacle Bill" will never be forgotten. You are also fondly remembered by a little Belarusian boy, now 33 years old with two sons of his own, who you patiently took fishing. Your little Christmas tree brightened my holidays for a number of years. To Nancy and family, my deepest condolences.
