Bell, Frank Peacefully at his home in Kinburn, Ontario surrounded by of his family on Monday, March 16th, 2009 Franklin B. 'Frank' Bell at the age of 62. Cherished husband of Janet M. (Feeley) Bell. Dear brother of Jim 'Jake' (Peg) Bell of Stittsville, Sylvia (Wayne) James and Warren Bell of Perth; loved uncle of Jason (Tracy), Michelle Bell (Mike Wright), Cindy (Bob Martin) and Kathy James; great uncle of Sydney Wright, Kurtis James-Axford and Justin James. Frank will be sadly missed by Jan's brothers Phillip (Betty), Michael (Allison) and their daughter Kathryn, Mark (Janet) Feeley, Jan's mother Norma Feeley and many good friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth Sunday March 29th 2009 from 10:00 A.M. until 12 noon. Services will be held privately for the family. Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to the Ottawa Hospital General Campus Cancer Clinic or the Ottawa Humane Society.
