Born in Campbellton, New Brunswick, March 5, 1932, he was the son of the late Sanford and Dora Louise (nee Sullivan) Dickie. He is also predeceased by his wife Dorothy Lee Fearon, on March 28, 2000. He is forever loved, and his animated spirit will be missed by his children and their spouses, Karen (David) Procter and Ronald (Chantel) Dickie. Cherished grandfather of Levi (Erin Moore) Procter, Alex (Ashley) Procter, Saul Procter and Georgia Dickie. Proud great-grandfather of Kohen, Arianna and Myles Procter. He will be fondly remembered by his partner Nancy Potter of Lanark, as well as his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Frank was an avid sportsman all of his life, and as a young man he grew up riding horses, playing hockey and basketball, and enjoyed fishing for trout, bass, and salmon. In his youth he was a Boy Scout Leader, and in later years he thoroughly enjoyed golfing and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He worked at Quebec North Shore Paper Company in Baie Comeau, Quebec for many years, and later moved to Saint John, New Brunswick where he was a Machine Tender at Irving Paper until his retirement. As per Frank's wishes, there will be a private graveside service to take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens in Saint John New Brunswick, at a later date. It is there where he will be laid to rest beside his wife, Dorothy Fearon, for eternity. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to your local SPCA or a charity of your choice.
