Cubitt, Hugh B. Passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the age of 85. Beloved husband and best friend of Mildred (nee Hill). Proud father of Gail (George) Smith, Kenny (Debbie) Cubitt, Marshall Cubitt and Cindy (Bill) Saunders. Cherished grandfather of Jamie (Chris), Tina (Shawn), Adam and Bryan; and great-grandfather of Ayden, Carter, Madison, Haley, Alex and Paige. He will be sadly missed by his sister Carol, as well as his many extended family and friends. As per Hugh’s wishes, there will be a private family service at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
