I am very saddened by the passing of Lowell. I worked for Lowell at the Perth Public Utilities Commission from 1994 until his retirement. I very much admired how he always became involved in day to day operations. From over-seeing Main-breaks, to participating in First-Aid Courses, Conferences, becoming a Licensed Water Operator. He was always a Gentleman, and was very approachable. Rest in Peace Lowell, you won't be forgotten.

Dear Barb, Kelli, Tom and Families,
We were saddened to hear of Lowell's passing and want to convey our deepest sympathies to all of you. Take comfort in knowing how well he was admired and loved and cherish so many memories that you have made. My fondest memory of Lowell is how proud he was of Kelli's stepdancing and Tom's fiddling talents. I used to think his shirt buttons were going to pop when they performed on stage! As we are wintering in Florida, we will be unable to attend the services, but please know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers.
With much love,
Donna and Lee
