Belak, John John went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Tuesday May 30th, 2017 at the age of 84 years. He was predeceased by his parents Martin and Susan Belak, son Nathan Carroll and brother Martin Belak. John will be sadly missed by his wife Bertha (Lang) Belak, daughters Donna (John) Corway and Bonnie (Fabien) Zelicz, sons Mark (Sandra) Carroll and David Belak, his grandchildren, daughter-in-law Cindy Carroll, nephew Barry Belak, all his family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Monday June 5th, 2017 from 12:30 to 1:15 P.M. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:30.
