Obituary of Sue Anne Alder

Alder, Sue Anne Sue passed away peacefully, at the Kingston General Hospital on Thursday, August 17, 2017. Beloved wife and best friend of Neil Alder. Cherished mother of Anne, Geoffrey, Terrence (Joy) Lemay and Sarah (Eric) Czarny and step-mother of Anne Warner (Gary) and Lynn Alder (Scott). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Lindsay Jordan, Danielle Evoy, Brandy Moncreiff, Taylor, Riley, Tristan and Brooklyn Lemay, Theo Czarny and great-grandchildren Brayden Berry, Alyssa and Madylin Jordan. Dear sister of Gerald (Erma) Wilson, Robert (the late Sue) Wilson, Sister Irene Wilson SP, Marlene (Jim) Lynch and Betty Patterson. Predeceased by her parents William and Roberta Wilson, brothers Jack (the late Marie), Bill (the late Elsie), Paul (the late Sue), and sister Sister Nancy Wilson SP. Sue was a long time faithful member and past president of the St. Francis de Sales Church Catholic Women’s League. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many great friends. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Monday, August 21, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis de Sales Church, Smiths Falls on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at a later date in the Wilson family plot at St. John’s Cemetery, Perth. In memory of Sue contributions to St. Francis de Sales Building Fund or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
