Orville was a well known member to our family. Not necessarily to me personally, since I am one of the younger members of the Joe and Anne Batte family, but most certainly to the older members. But I know his name well. I know that he was talked of often. My deepest condolences to his family. I know that fond memories of him will last a long long time. Valarie

To:Julie and brothers and sisters of Orville From Bill and Lue Pierce, Al and Ray Obrecht your cousins from Michigan and Florida. We all have wonderful memories of Orville and all his family members. Bill and I are on vacation in Michigan and Al is also here. Ray lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is residing in a senior home. Our deepest sympathy to all of you who suffer the loss of your husband and brother.

Aunt Julie - We will really miss Uncle Orville and all the memories that he has provided us over the years. I learned to hunt on your property and loved the time that we spent a week camping after a family reunion. We had a scary thunderstorm that knocked trees down right by our camper. Orville put us to work the next day picking up those branches. My kids loved him. I also remember a conversation that he had with my son Troy that left Uncle Orville laughing more than I could remember. He will be extremely missed by all that knew him as he loved to see others enjoy life as he did.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time and look forward to when we can see you again.
