In loving memory of Vera Elizabeth Hamilton who passed away suddenly on August 15, 2009 at the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital, Perth site (Great War Memorial Hospital, Perth). Vera was the loving daughter of Jack and Minnie Adey, sister of John Adey, Joyce Coombes, Bill Hamilton, Evelyn Morrow and Albert Hamilton. Vera will also be sadly missed by The Raymond Family, Helena & Clarence Barrie, and all her friends. In keeping with Vera's wishes a private family visitation and funeral will be held followed by cremation and interment in Elmwood Cemetery.
