To the family of Armand, I am deeply saddened at his passing! My Dad (Frank Cooper) was a friend of Armand's Dad, Herb, and I remember having met Armand when he was a young man. My Dad took me up to the Paquette family home where Herb had horses - my dad had a picture taken on one of them, and I remember hearing that one of Herb's black stallions was sold to the RCMP. Unfortunately, time flies by and sad events like this happen! Don Cooper, Kingston
