Laura was a great supporter of our hospital oncology service and was eager to hear the latest news each time our paths crossed.

Although our paths have taken different directions since the St. Lambert days, we still have fond memories of the great times at the curling club, and our "Entertainment Committee". Dear Harry, Kevin and Derek,
I just wanted to reach out and express my sadness for the passing of Laura. I will always remember her smile and good cheer whenever we met downtown at the Mill Store or along the streets of Perth. It never failed; she was always happy and so friendly.
For some reason I have always had a good memory of her from little league baseball, especially our trip to Montreal to play ball and see the Expose. That has always stuck in my mind and I know others will have similar experiences of good memories of Laura in their lives.
I know the next few days will be difficult and that in the months and years to come, the loss will never be easy, but you will find a great memory that you will hold onto and that will carry you through.

I was so sorry to hear of Laura passing. It has been 27 years since I worked at The Mill Store as a sixteen year old. Laura always gave me a smile or stopped to chat when I was a teenager and that never changed. Over the years I would see Laura in the grocery store or the bank and she would always have a smile and stop to chat. Some adults wouldn't think a teenager would appreciate someone taking time for them, but I always appreciated Laura.She always made you feel like you mattered. I hope you can take some comfort in knowing that she impacted peoples lives in a positive way and the Town of Perth will miss her smile and kindness. She was truly a special lady.

I was so sorry to hear of Laura passing. It has been 27 years since I worked at The Mill Store as a sixteen year old. Laura always gave me a smile or stopped to chat when I was a teenager and that never changed. Over the years I would see Laura in the grocery store or the bank and she would always have a smile and stop to chat. Some adults wouldn't think a teenager would appreciate someone taking time for them, but I always appreciated Laura.She always made you feel like you mattered. I hope you can take some comfort in knowing that she impacted peoples lives in a positive way and the Town of Perth will miss her smile and kindness. She was truly a special lady.
