We were so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. We have very fond memories of our time in Smiths Falls with the Quattrocchi family. Joe and Jean welcomed us with open arms to join them at the cottage, Christmas Eve and other family celebrations. Joe will be dearly missed by all who knew him. There are people along the way that make an impression and that you are glad you have met, and Joe was one(he was quick to tell me that was how he was to be addressed).I always left my shift at GWM in Perth with a smile on my face having enjoyed a great after lunch conversation. Dear Jean & family, It is with sadness (but with many very fond memories) that word of Joe's death has come to Irene, Pat and myself. I just heard on Saturday evening when checking voicemail messages. Father Amato left me word. I am writing this note from just outside Washington, DC where I am this weekend and will not be able to be in Smiths Falls on Sunday or Monday. However, Joe will be prayed for at Mass (as will all of you). Thank you for having us called. May the Lord watch over you and strengthen you and may Joe rest in his arms. Blessings always. Paul
