Carrière, Richard Richard passed away suddenly at his home on Howe Island in the evening of Friday, March 2nd, 2018 at the age of 61 years. He was the dearest husband of France Leblanc Carrière, a dear father to Jonathan- Nyok his grand-son and step-father to Melissa Leblanc and Valerie (Charles) Marier. He will be sadly missed by his siblings Nelson Carrière and Marlyne Carrière, brother-in-law Louis Karigiannis, his family and many friends. Richard was predeceased by his parents Errol and Malvina (Plante) Carrière and his sister Stella Karigiannis. He was well known to many as a long-time drywall installer & taper. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Tuesday, March 6th, 2018 from 12:30 until service in the chapel at 1:30 P.M. A reception will follow the service in the Blair & Son Family Centre. The interment will be held in the spring at Dale's Cemetery, Cumberland, Ontario. Those wishing are asked to consider a memorial donation to either the Gideons Bibles or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Society.
