Many years ago, like in the 50’s our family lived next to Gordon and Arlie on South St. in Perth. He was a great neighbour over the years. Throughout my life in Perth whenever Gordon and I crossed paths, the meeting was always amicable and he left a lasting impression with me that he was a wonderful person to have known. Deeply sorry to see his passing. My condolences to all his friends and family.

Dear Norma and Sandra,
I was sad to hear of Gordon's passing. He lived life as one should - in the moment and with all the vigour one can muster. I will fondly treasure all the laughs I shared with him despite our short acquaintance.
I will always treasure his rule #1 of golf - Frank, keep your darn head down: we will watch where it goes for you. And of course that was followed with, "now, did anyone see where his ball went!!!"

He will be so missed. Uncle Gordon was such a kind and gentle man. He was my favorite uncle and I was his "little flower girl".
