I'm very sorry for the loss of such a bright light in your family. I sincerely appreciated the many laughs I had working with the Scrivens family years ago. Valerie and the rest of the family will continue to be in my prayers. God Bless.

My Mother, Edith, and I want to extend our sincere condolences to Valerie's family. We did not know Valerie for very long but we were looking forward to getting to know her better. We immediately saw her kindness and sincerity in so many ways.
She spoke lovingly of her family and friends. And she was looking forward to her future.
We will miss her. Rest in peace, Valerie.

So very sorry for the loss of your sister, Kurt, and your daughter, Marion. Valerie was my very dear friend. I will never forget all the good times we shared at Dalhousie Lake. We were instant friends since we were toddlers. She was the kindest, funniest friend I had the pleasure of knowing, and her sunny personality lit my summers. I will never ever forget her.

I am so deeply saddened to hear of Valerie’s passing. Our childhood friends remain friends for life. I have the best memories of us giggling blushing girls in class and running up the back stairs like it was a secret passageway when you lived at the hotel. I can picture every detail. She always had a smile and I’m so sorry she is no longer with us. My condolences to everyone.

So very sorry to hear that Valerie has left this world far too soon. I fondly remember Valerie Ann from our teenage years during the time I briefly lived in Perth and then again when our paths crossed a few years later in Calgary; it has been many years since we have been in contact, but for me the memories are fond. Her joy for life, big bright smile, and warmth of spirit will remain in my heart. Sorry for your loss; sincerest condolences.
