Sincere sympathy to Joe's family. I read the obituary with a keen interest as I soon realized that this is a cousin that we have lost touch with. Joe is named after his Grandfather Joseph B. Kilgour of Yarm, outside of Shawville, Que. Joe's mother, Janet and my father Walter were first cousins. I have forwarded the Obit to Joe's first cousins. We keep a KILGOUR Genealogy.
