Johnson, Shirley Rose In loving memory of Shirley Johnson who after a brief illness passed away at the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital, Perth Site on November 10, 2009. Shirley will be sadly missed by her loving children; Joanne Dworkin (Richard), Valerie Archer (Michael), Susan Salvador (Luc), and Bonnie Copeland, her grandchildren Barbara-Ann, Jennifer, Caroline and Paul, and her 7 great-grandchildren, her brother Harold Hoare, her niece Judith, her nephew John and all her extended family and friends. A memorial service for Shirley Johnson will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday November 21, 2009 at the Blair and Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth (613) 267-3765 with interment to follow at a later date. In memoriam contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
