No words can express how we feel at this time. Lisa will be missed by so many. She was one of a kind. Always caring, compassionate and oh so funny. I regret not touching base with her in the last year but just know that she crossed my mind often. The trouble is you think you have time!

We are so very sorry for the loss of such a dear, sweet woman. We had many good times with her and the whole family. She had a wonderful sense of humour and a lovely smile. She will be greatly missed but know that she is no longer suffering and has been welcomed into heaven with open and loving arms by her parents, Pat and Mike, and father-in-law, Gerry. Dear Dean, Mike, Leah and Trish. Our family is so sad to hear of Lisa's passing. It's shocking actually! She was quite a character... who had a laugh and smile that lit up the room wherever she was. We remember fondly our many times spent at the rink, during our hockey days and our trips with the group to Darien Lake! Andrew and I are currently out of Province, but please know that we are thinking of you all and send you our sincere condolences, cherishing the times we had together when we were students in high school, parents and colleagues.

Please accept my sympathy on the death of Lisa. Many years ago, when she was in high school, she came to help me with my "split" grade 4/5 French class at Queen Elizabeth school. It was a core French class of 20 minutes where I was trying to do both of the programs with my students, which, naturally, was impossible. Lisa took one of the groups to work with them and she was an amazing teacher even at that young age. The students loved her and so did I. Even though that was my only contact with this amazing young woman, she made a real impact on me and I never forgot her. How very sad that she is no longer among us. Brenda Ethier (Ethier-McPherson)
