Lahaise, Eric Eric passed away peacefully in hospital, Smiths Falls on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the age of 59. Loving spouse of Wanda Duff. Cherished father of Justin (Audrina) Lahaise, Crystal and Shana Lahaise. Adored grandfather if Isis, Jax, Nova, Brooke, Dominic, Chase and Chelsea. Loving stepfather to Lisa Lalonde, Kelly Preece and Melissa Duff and step grandfather of 11 and step great-grandfather of 3. Eric will be sadly missed by extended family and many good friends. A private family service will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or the Ottawa Heart Institute.
