Baker, Eileen M. Peacefully in hospital Smiths Falls, on Thursday, December 3, 2009. Eileen Maria Helem in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late L. R. (Lew) Baker. Loved mother of Sharon (John) Marks, Gerald (Josie) and Terry (Debbie) all of Smiths Falls. Survived by 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Shirley Hurd, grandson Robert Marks, brothers Linton Helem, Earl Helem and sister Isobel Biggs. Mother-in-law of Jim Hurd of Smiths Falls and sister-in-law of Margaret Helem of Manotick. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, on Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. followed by service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment, Johnston Corners Cemetery.
