White, Avery William It is with great sadness that the family of Avery White announce his sudden passing on his 11th birthday, Wednesday January 16th, 2019 in Perth. He will be sadly missed by his mother Tara Duffy, father Barry White, big brother Evan Duffy, grandparents Shelley Duffy and Brent Whyte, Lyle and Tammy Duffy and Pat and Bill White, great grandparents Agnes (late Ross) McPherson, Murray (late Hazel) Duffy, aunts and uncles Tiffany (Sara) Duffy, Kyra Whyte, Craig and Megan White, Alanah Duffy, numerous great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Avery was predeceased by great grandparents Rita and Jack Kirkwood, Gwen and Norm White and uncle William "Billy” Duffy. Avery has touched so many hearts throughout his beautiful life. He taught us to appreciate each and every day and to find joy through the simple things in life. Avery loved endless cuddles with his mom, walks with his dad, and kisses from his brother. He was always mesmerized by beautiful lights, balloons, and all music. Avery's favourite holiday was Halloween. Everyone always looked forward to seeing his amazing costumes each year. Avery will be truly missed by his family, friends, classmates, teachers, support staff (Admin, EA's, Nurses, Daycare) at Queen Elizabeth School and UCDSB. Avery shared a special bond with many, but especially with Braden and Lily. Avery's family would like to thank staff at CHEO, Roger Neilson's House, Project KITES, Dr. Turner and the entire community for all their support. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Tuesday January 22nd, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00P.M. The funeral service will be held in St. James Anglican Church, Perth Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. Those wishing to honour Avery's life with a memorial donation are asked to consider the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario C.H.E.O. or the Roger Nielson House.
