Mitchell, John A. "Jack" Peacefully with his family by his side in hospital in Perth on Thursday, December 24th, 2009 at the age of 67 years. Jack was the son of the late Alphonsus and Myrtle Mitchell. He was the beloved husband for 44 years of Catherine (Mackler) Mitchell and dear father of Kevin (Liz), Brian (Patricia), David (Heather), Karen (Dwayne) Hermer and cherished Papa of Connor, Kara, Gregory, Matthew, Katelyn, Tyler, Victoria, Brandon and Liam. Jack was the loved brother to Gary (Marilyn) Mitchell, Joe (Darlene) Mitchell. He will be sadly missed by his many relatives and good friends. Friends may call at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Sunday December 27th, 2009 from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 P.M. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Bridget's Church, Stanleyville Monday at 11:00 A.M. Interment, St. John's Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Kidney Foundation or the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
