Sincere condolences to the family and friends on the passing of Reg. My mom, Marion Bennett, lives across the street from his home on Montgomery Place. She was quite shocked when she heard of his passing. I don’t know if he was a friend of my Uncle Keith’s, but I know he was great friends with some of the Blair boys, and went hunting with them. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all now, and in the days to come.

Tom and I would like to send our sympathies to Steve and Jim and their families and friends. Reg was a loving husband, father and grandfather with a great sense of humour. He was also a knowledgeable hockey dad to his sons and their teammates, introducing them to the European style of the game on many occasions at home and abroad. In later years he and Marilyn gave back to our Community through their tireless work with the Civitan Club of Smiths Falls. A strong supporter of the Town's Parks & Recreation Programs, he enjoyed and rarely missed Jr. A Bears home games. Our sincere condolences are extended the entire Blair Family.

Steve, Amy and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Reg's passing. He was such a lovely man and great neighbor. Our first year on Montgomery we were on the receiving end of his homemade wine-many bottles of it! He always seemed so thrilled with how the batches would turn out. It was always such a pleasure to see the delight both Reg and Marilynn took when the girls visited.
Our thoughts are with you all at this time. Jim and Darlene
